Kelli L. Carter

Kelli L. Carter, age 32, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, Dec. 17.

Kelli was born Feb. 9, 1980, in Rockwood and attended Oak Ridge High School.

She was a member of Faith Promise Church. She loved her children and her family and was known for her infectious smile and loving heart.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Dayesha Carter and her grandparents Red and Christine Crabtree.

She is survived by her parents Phyllis and Steve Samuelson of Oak Ridge, and Paul Crabtree Sr. of Midtown; three children D’Andre Crabtree of Oak Ridge, Quinton Cook of Halls, and Dominick Stevens of Oak Ridge; grandparents John and Dosh Morrison of Crossville; brothers Paul Crabtree Jr. and his wife Dana of Oak Ridge, and Cody Samuelson and his girlfriend Tasha of Oak Ridge; sisters Evon Bagley and her husband Mike of Oak Ridge, stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and Priscilla Samuelson of Georgia; and many aunts, uncles cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at Faith Promise Church with Pastor Chris Stevens officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
