Wildcats: ‘Coaches Corner with Joe Gaddis’ starts Wednesday

The live broadcast “Coaches Corner with Joe Gaddis” starts this Wednesday, August 19.

The show, which starts at 8 p.m. on Wednesdays, usually features a review of the previous week’s performance by the Oak Ridge Wildcats football team as well as a preview of the upcoming game.

The live broadcast is every Wednesday at Pizza Inn in Oak Ridge. If you can’t make it, you can watch it on Channel 12, BBB-TV.

The regular season starts Friday, August 21, at home on Blankenship Field. The Wildcats will play the Clinton Dragons, and kick-off is at 7:30 p.m.

Tailgating starts at 5 p.m. Friday in the upper parking lot at Blankenship Field. Fajita steak and chicken with rice, bean, and a drink will be served for $6.

“Come eat some good food and tailgate with us!” organizers said.

The Walk of Champions starts at 6 p.m.

“We want a huge turnout and support for the team so spread the word!” organizers said.

If you can’t make the game, you can listen to David Clary’s broadcast of the game at Comcast Channel 12, www.prepradio.com, or FM Radio 92.7.
