Obituary: Joshua Lee Buckham

Joshua Lee Buckham, 28, passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2015, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Joshua was born in Orange Park, Florida, to his loving parents.

He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Karin Buckham; his sister, Stefanie Buckham; his grandmother, Barbara Kennedy; and his grandparents, Peter Josef and Marianne. Joshua lived in Clinton, Tennessee, with his family.

He went to Clinton High School and graduated in 2005, and graduated from Roane State Community College. He graduated from ETSU’s nursing program in 2011 and became a registered nurse. He saved many lives during his time working at Johnson City’s ER and UT Medical Center ER.

He was known as JBuck by his close friends and will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of nature, and competitive spirit. Josh loved fishing, and his favorite spot was at the Clinch River near the Weir Dam. He enjoyed hunting, bowling, and spending time with friends and family.
