Jan Dean Welch, 69, of Oak Ridge, passed away June 22, 2015, at Methodist Medical Center.
He was born February 2, 1946, in Puebelo, Colorado, to Floyd and Enid Welch.
J.D. was a operations manager for AT&T.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Welch of the home.
