Myles Hebrard, principal of Claxton Elementary School, will become special education supervisor for Oak Ridge Schools effective July 1. Hebrard will replace Hal Jernigan, who is retiring at the end of June.
Hebrard has been principal of Claxton Elementary School in Anderson County for the past seven years, a press release said. He has a master’s degree and education specialist degree in special education from the University of Tennessee, and he is currently working on his doctorate in educational leadership.
