Nancy J. Costello

Nancy J. Costello, age 80, a resident of Oak Ridge, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Tennova Residential Hospice in Knoxville.

She was born July 5, 1934, in Harrison City, Pennsylvania, and moved to Manassas, Virginia, in 1963. She moved to Oak Ridge in 2000.

She worked for Grand Union in Manassas for many years before retiring in 1981.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Costello; father, William H. Fink Sr.; mother, Ruth I. Fink; and brother, William H. Fink Jr.

Survivors include her daughter Pam Layne and husband Michael of Oak Ridge; son, Patrick and wife Aurora of San Angelo, Texas; grandchildren, Katherine Rowe, Chris Costello, Ashleigh Costello, Courtney Costello, Sariah Costello, Phillip Costello, Angelica Costello, and Laneya Costello; and sister, Jean Heasley of Harrison City, Pennsylvania.

Services will be private. Special appreciation to Tennova Residential Hospice in Halls.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation, P.O. Box 22072, Knoxville, TN 37933.
