Obituary: Danny Ray Hall

Danny Ray Hall, age 53, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Wednesday, March 11, at his home while surrounded by his family.

Mr. Hall was born July 18, 1961, in Roane County. He was a lifelong resident of Oliver Springs.

Before his disability, he was employed as a commercial builder in the construction business. His hobbies included fishing and four-wheeling on Windrock Mountain.

Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Lee Hall and Martha Russell Hall.

Danny is survived by his wife Donna Seiber Hall, of Clinton; by a son, Randy Ray Hall of Clinton; by a daughter, Kayla Danielle Hall, of Clinton; and by a grandson Ja’Bryson Hall, of Clinton.

Additionally, he is survived by three brothers, Don Hall and wife Donna, of Briceville, Johnny Hall and wife Wilma, of Oliver Springs, and Larry Hall of Oliver Springs; and by five sisters, Merlene Phillips and husband James, of Oliver Springs, Stella Dyson of Briceville, Joann Davis and husband Mike, of Oliver Springs, Sarah Hall Gunter, of Oliver Springs, and Faye Carroll and husband Farrell, of Oliver Springs.

Danny cherished his nieces and nephews, and is also survived by extended family members, and a host of special friends. The family expresses their gratitude and appreciation to Amedisys Hospice, and the special care provided by Jordan, who went above and beyond.

The family received friends Friday, March 13, between 6 and 8 p.m. at Sharp Funeral Home. The funeral followed at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Darryl Vann officiating. Burial and graveside services will be held Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m. at the Indian Creek Cemetery.
