Obituary: Carolyn Hall Byrge

Carolyn Hall Byrge, age 60, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Wednesday, October 29, at Methodist Medical Center.

Mrs. Byrge was born January 22, 1954, in Harriman. She was a lifelong resident of Oliver Springs.

Carolyn was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Hall, and by a granddaughter, Lucy Jane Butler.

She is survived by her mother, Betty Anderson Hall of Oliver Springs; by a son and his wife, Justin and Renee Butler of Oliver Springs; by a brother James Hall and companion Donna McMillian of Oliver Springs; and by several cousins, other extended family, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 2, between 2 and 3 p.m. at Sharp Funeral Home. Burial and graveside services will follow at the Indian Creek Cemetery with Pastor Jim Schaffer officiating.
