Obituary: Charles Michael ‘Mike’ Killion

Charles Michael Killion

Charles Michael “Mike” Killion, of Clinton, died Tuesday, August 26, at Methodist Medical Center.

He was born August 14, 1945 in Kermit, Texas, to Robert Doyle Killion and Minnie Mae Notgrass Killion.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Gayle Killion Henry.

He is is survived by his wife, Linda Blevins Killion, of Clinton; son, Michael Lynn Killion, of Florence, Kentucky; daughters, Kandy Ann (Ray) Daugherty and Wendy Lynell (John) Kennedy, of Rocky Top, and step-daughter, Suzzette Grayson, of Clinton; along with 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by a sister, Jackie (Arlice) Chandler, of Horatio, Arkansas, and a brother, Robert (Margaret) Killion, of Grandbury, Texas; sisters-in-law, Carol Broughton, of Clinton, and Wanda (Robert) Olson, of Oak Ridge; and mother-in-law, Irene Blevins, of Clinton.

A remembrance service honoring his life will be held at a later date.
