Obituary: Henrietta Moser

Henrietta Moser, age 72, of Briceville, passed away Sunday, August 17, at Methodist Medical Center.

Henrietta loved gardening flowers, and spending her time with family.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Opal (Daugherty) Hayes; brother, John F. Hayes; sister, Annette Braswell; and son, Russell Moser. 

Henrietta is survived by her husband of 46 years Von Moser; sons, Darrell Stocks and fiancé Missy, David Stocks, Wendell Moser, Von Lynn Moser, Chris Moser; daughter, Angie Moser; brothers, Billy Hayes and wife Evelyn, Ricky Hayes and wife Mildred; sisters Doris Bunch, and Sharon Tindell; granddaughters, Ashley Moser, Tiffany Seiber, Christy Wendum, and Amber Stocks; and grandson, J.J. Moser, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends, and one special friend Missy.

Henrietta’s family will receive her friends, Wednesday, August 20, from 6 to 8 p.m., with her funeral service at 8 p.m. all in the chapel of Jones Mortuary, with Rev. Ricky Hayes officiating. Her interment will be Thursday, August 21, at 2 p.m. at Leach Cemetery in Rocky Top.
