China was born August 9, 1990, in Harriman. She was a lifelong resident of this area and she graduated from Oliver Springs High School in 2008.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, caring for children, her pets, and shopping.

China was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Arthur Lewis Blalock and Zella Goodman Blalock, and by her paternal grandfather, Richard McKinley Goins.

She is survived by her parents, James Ernest Goins and Bridgette Lynn Blalock Goins; by a brother, Justin Blake Bell and wife Vanessa of Cookeville; by a special nephew, Braxton Tyler Bell of Cookeville; and by her paternal grandmother, Ollie Johnson Goins of Morristown.

She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and a host of special friends, including a very special friend whom she considered as her sister, Adrian Haga and her son, Noah of Harriman.

The family received friends Wednesday, August 6, at Sharp Funeral Home. A celebration of life followed with Pastor Alan Hickman and Pastor Willie Gallaher officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests monetary contributions be made to Sharp Funeral Home in memory of China.
