Pet of the Day: Desperado

Pet of the Day: Desperado

One more big try for a little, tiny dog named Desperado. Please consider giving this senior dog a home. He is compact and does not take up much room, but I imagine he has a lot of love in that little heart of his. Please help us find him a home by sharing his photos.

“Poor old me! They named me Desperado, but I really don’t want to live life alone! I’m scared, but if you pick me up and love on me, all of the fright goes away.

“Do you have any idea how hard it is to be in a kennel with all of these big barking dogs? That’s what bothers me! Take me to your quiet home, love a senior, and you will be repaid 10-fold.”

The Oak Ridge Animal Shelter is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. It’s located at 395 Belgrade Road in east Oak Ridge. The phone number is (865) 425-3423.

See the Animal Shelter’s website here. You can also find more information on adoptable animals at the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter on this Facebook page.
