A Nashville marketing director for an entertainment company will give the keynote speech at a March 13 workshop.
The 2014 Oak Ridge Women’s Workshop is co-sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Federal Women’s Program and the Federally Employed Women Oak Ridge Chapter.
This year’s workshop theme is “Mastering the Three-Ring Circus—Envision, Overcome, and Empower!†The workshop will be held at the Pollard Technology Conference Center in Oak Ridge from 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m. Thursday, March 13.
This year’s luncheon keynote speaker is Jason Oschwald, director of event marketing and sales for Feld Entertainment for Ringling Bros. and Barnum Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, Disney Live, and Monster Jam, a press release said.
Morning Panel sessions will be moderated by Tearsa Smith, WATE Anchor of “Good Morning Tennessee,†followed by afternoon workshop sessions including topic discussions on: “Life After the Show: What to Do Next after a Networking Eventâ€â€”presented by Amy Nolan, editor of the Greater Knoxville Business Journal; and “Juggling Act: Overcome Daily Distractions with Successful Time Management Skillsâ€â€”presented by Tanisha Baker, president and chief executive officer of Educational Enhancement Service Inc.
The 2014 Oak Ridge Women’s Workshop is open to all, the release said.
