Popular program is offered for fifth year

The University of Tennessee Arboretum Society has a father-daughter hike at the UT Arboretum in Oak Ridge on Saturday, Feb. 15.

The fun, short trail hike will last about one to 1.5 hours, a press release said.

“This is a great late-winter occasion to spend some quality time with your daughter outdoors,” the press release said. “Wear clothes appropriate to the weather and boots or good shoes for outdoor walking.”

The hike will be led by Jeff Holt and Wes Tilley, both foresters.
To participate, meet at the UT Arboretum at 901 S. Illinois Ave. in Oak Ridge at 9 a.m. Feb. 15 in the
parking lot.
