Obituary: T.R. Williams

T.R. Williams, age 69, of Kingston, passed away Friday, Oct. 18.

He was born Oct. 13, 1944, in Newport, the son of O. L. and Pauline Click Williams.

Mr. Williams retired from Martin Marietta Energy Systems, where he was a supervisor at the K-25 plant.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Williams of Decatur, Ala.

He is survived by his children, Wende White and husband Keith of Kingston, and Chuck Williams and wife Debbie of Easley, S.C.; grandchildren Abby White and Holly White of Kingston, and Chase Williams of Easley, S.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Dianne and Steve Carter of Paducah, Ky.; and brother Don Williams of Knoxville.

In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial donation in his memory to your local food bank.

A party to honor of his life will be held at his home on Saturday, Oct. 26, beginning at 2 p.m.
