Sandra Elizabeth Lee

Sandra Elizabeth Lee, age 74, a resident of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, June 19, at N.H.C. in Oak Ridge.

Sandra was born May 11, 1939, in Knoxville. She was a lifelong resident.

She was a member of the Solway United Methodist Church and the Methodist Women’s Club. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was a former Brownie Scout leader and softball coach.

Before her retirement, she was employed as an administrative bookkeeper at the Emory Valley Center. She formerly worked as a bus driver for the Knox County School System.

Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, George Jefferson Bradley and Mary Margaret Booth Bradley; by a brother, Mike Bradley; by a sister, Pat Bradley Brock; and by a brother-in-law, Ronald Lee.

Sandra is survived by her husband, David Carson Lee of Knoxville; by daughters, Lisa Dockery and husband Donnie of Farragut, and Sharon Campbell and husband Jason of Knoxville; and by grandchildren, Brett Dockery and Gavin and Alyssa Campbell.

She is also survived by a brother, Ed Bradley and his special friend Dimple Thompson of Heiskell, and by several extended family members and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Emory Valley Center, (Capital Campaign) 715 Emory Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Graveside services and burial will be held Friday, June 21, at 10 a.m. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, with Rev. Henry Lenoir officiating.
