James A. Musick, age 90, a resident of Knoxville, died Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Bridge Health Care Center in Rockwood.
Mr. Musick was born Dec. 17, 1922, in Cleveland, Va.
James served his country in the United States Army during World War II. While serving, he received several medals, citations, ribbons, and accommodations.
Before his retirement, he was employed as a welder in the construction business.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Musick and Virginia F. Stevens Musick.
Mr. Musick is survived by daughters, Jean Musick and Linda Jackson of Knoxville; by two grandchildren; by a brother, Fred Owens of Strawberry Plains; and by two sisters, Melanie Carey and Kristen Slusher.
Graveside services with full military honors were held Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville.
