The Roane State Community College’s annual holiday concert is scheduled for the second weekend in December.

The holiday concert includes two performances, one at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, and the other at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, in the O’Brien Theatre on the college’s Roane County campus in Harriman.

The concerts include choral and instrumental ensembles. The Concert Choir, Jazz Band, Celebration Singers, soloists and special guests such as students from Midtown Elementary School will perform, a press release said.

A $10 donation is suggested.

RSCC concerts like this, but presented in Oak Ridge would really be welcomed by Oak Ridgers.

I think that would be nice also. But I wonder if the Oak Ridge campus has a venue that would be large enough. The Harriman theater is pretty large as I recall.
